You’ll notice the style as soon as you step inside this well-appointed Gulf-view home once featured in Florida Living magazine. The covered entrance, manicured grounds, mahogany floors, leather sofas, and truly tasteful décor will delight you, as will the endless amenities inside and out. Relax-n-Style sleeps 22, with six king bedrooms and a seventh with bunk beds, plus several trundles and chair beds. For luxury, there are two whirlpool tubs, a six-person outdoor spa, an elevator, granite countertops, a screened-in private pool(heated for a fee), and screened-in decks. For practical purposes there are two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a port-a-crib, a hot-water outdoor shower, a fish cleaning station, and a large charcoal grill. Outside you will also find a 2 person kayak that may be used by you and your guests for fun in the bay or in the Gulf. Children will especially love the Pirates of the Caribbean theme of the double-bunk sleeping loft, which has its own TV and DVD player. Should responsibility come calling, there is a desk area and high-speed Internet service. This home is conveniently located with easy access to boardwalk and beach.
