The perfect home for a family vacation awaits you, with immediate beach access, multiple sun decks,
and screened in porch with swinging bed. Lollygaggin boasts its own boardwalk leading directly to the
Gulf shore, and the bike path is right here, too. With 4 beautiful bedrooms plus a nursery area off the
master suite, there is sleeping space for 10. The bedrooms, each with its own TV, consist of a queen
room and the king master suite upstairs (with the nursery area set off by a pocket door), and a queen
room and one with two twins on the main floor. There are 3.5 baths, including a whirlpool tub in the
master. The well-appointed kitchen features an extra sink in the island and it opens to the fireplaced
living area, which has a great entertainment system with DVD player, and surround-sound. There’s
also a morning kitchen as part of the king master suite: it has a mini fridge, microwave and coffee
maker. Everyone will enjoy the views from the covered observation deck (atop the house) and the
second-level covered porch. On the main level, the 12 x 42 screened porch comes complete with a
large dining table for great family meals; there is also a sundeck off this porch. Out on the ground level
there is a fish cleaning sink and a hot/cold outdoor shower. You can even bring
the dog, as Lollygaggin is pet-friendly.
