Overview

With its 6 king bedrooms, 6 full baths plus two half baths and two living rooms, My Three Suns is one of the Sunset Beach community's biggest and best-decorated homes. It also features an ample kitchen that will suit your large vacation party with two ovens, two dishwashers, and two refrigerators. There are also two laundry areas (one on the first floor and one on the second) and an elevator for your convenience and comfort. Each of the six king rooms is filled with colorful art and bedding and has its own full bath; one on the second floor also features a Jacuzzi spa tub with adjoining sitting area that opens to a beachview balcony. The top floor consists of a king bedroom with private balcony with a stunning beach vista, and there's also a wet bar, a half-bath and a theater room/living area fully equipped with HDTV, surround sound and a DVD player. The main living area, dining area (with balcony access) and kitchen are on the second floor with a secondary half bath for convenience. The first level has four bedrooms and four baths, each with a waterview porch two on the Bay side and two on the Gulf side. Outside, there is covered parking, a hot-and-cold enclosed shower, a grill, and beach access across the street. Some of the features of the Sunset Beach community are its gated entrance, heated pool, tennis court, clubhouse, and immediate state park access.
