Beautiful, cottage-style comfort awaits you inside Sunrise Point, a spacious four-bedroom family home that sleeps 10. One of its highlights is the screened porch, which is sure to become your favorite spot for breakfast, coffee, or playing board games with the kids. On hot days this porch stays nicely cool. Inside the home you will notice the intricate detail that went into the construction, notably the square-head nails in the timeless hardwood floors. The vacation amenities start at the ground level, which has a covered parking area that fits 4 cars, an oversized enclosed shower with changing area, a fish cleaning station, a charcoal grill, and an entrance with elevator. On the first level you will be impressed by the well-stocked kitchen, with granite countertops and dining table that seats ten. A hotel style ice maker will satisfy your evening cocktails as well as your fishing cooler needs. The open dining/living area is spacious for just hanging around and relaxing while enjoying the Vizio audio dock stereo, the video library, or dolphin viewing. There are multiple DVD players and Hi-Def flat screen TVs through out the home. We hope you can leave your work at home, but if not, there is a large desk and high-speed Internet access for your use. There is a washer and dryer and a Gulf-facing queen bedroom, with deck, on this level as well. The second level consists of a king master with an oversized shower as well as a private deck that faces the Gulf; a queen master with private deck and another bedroom with twin beds. Spectacular sunrises are seen from the panoramic Gulf views available from most rooms. Sunrise Point truly lives up to its name! At night the island skies yield impressive stargazing from the many decks.This home is located about a mile from Bob Sikes Cut, a fisherman's favorite spot. It's also within walking distance to the community swimming pool and fitness center.
