You'll notice the style as soon as you step inside this well-appointed Gulf-view home once featured in Florida Living magazine. The covered entrance, manicured grounds, mahogany floors, leather sofas, and truly tasteful d�cor will delight you, as will the endless amenities inside and out. Relax-n-Style sleeps 22, with six king bedrooms and a seventh with bunk beds, plus several trundles and chair beds. For luxury, there are two whirlpool tubs, a six-person outdoor spa, an elevator, granite countertops, a screened-in private pool(heated for a fee), and screened-in decks. For practical purposes there are two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a port-a-crib, a hot-water outdoor shower, a fish cleaning station, and a large charcoal grill. Outside you will also find a 2 person kayak that may be used by you and your guests for fun in the bay or in the Gulf. Children will especially love the Pirates of the Caribbean theme of the double-bunk sleeping loft, which has its own TV and DVD player. Should responsibility come calling, there is a desk area and high-speed Internet service. This home is conveniently located with easy access to boardwalk and beach. This house is pet friendly up to 15lbs. (for a small fee).

This home does not participate in the Plantation amenities program so there is no access to the community pool, fitness center or tennis courts.

"Best vacation our whole family has ever experinced."
This house was absolutely perfect for my family. My parents, their five children and spouses along with several children/teenagers enjoyed the greatness of this beach house. There was ample room for everyone. One our favorite gathering places was around the pool. The bedrooms were spacious and private. The kitchen was awesome! It had all we needed to prepare for the crowd. The boardwalk to the beach was only a few steps from the driveway. Thanks for a lifetime of memories! - Madorah Palmer
"Phenomenal Vacation!"
We had a total of 5 families stay in this house with 8 children. There was plenty of room for everyone with room to spare. We loved to 2 living areas, 2 refrigerators, huge kitchen tables with room for everyone to eat and the way the kitchen was fully stocked for the large number of people. We used the kayak every day and loved getting out in the ocean with the dolphins. The proximity to the beach is perfect for not being on the beach, the boardwalk is directly across the street from the house.
The only negative is that we couldn't get an early check in as we arrived 2 hours prior to the check in time, the pool is a little small for the size of the house and the septic tank had some issues.

We had a beach wedding and had plenty of room for everyone. With as many kids almost as adults there was plenty for them to do. If they werent on the beach they were at the pool or in the gameroom. There was enough space so that no one got underneath any ones feet. We had 7 families there one night, 25 people, and there was room for all. Everyone loved the house. My beach wedding was beautiful with acess from the great boardwalk and the other residents were so friendly and helpful. Even the guards at the gate assisted us with guests.
